1. Set up your account
Confirm your email address, then complete your patient or doctor details. The products available to you depend on your account and the pharmacy’s verification checks.
2. Choose the right path
Browse eligible non-prescription products, submit a prescription for pharmacy review, or request help arranging a consultation. Prescription medicines require the appropriate prescription and pharmacy checks.
3. Pharmacy review and payment
For prescription requests, the pharmacist reviews your documents and prepares an order where appropriate. You then receive an invoice with a payment link. Submitting a prescription does not guarantee that an item will be supplied.
4. Order preparation and delivery
Orders requiring pharmacist review are released for delivery only after that review is complete. Delivery options and charges will be shown before payment.
Ordering after an Integrow purchase
If you arrive through an Integrow referral, Marnichem remains the pharmacy supplying your order. Eligible orders may be linked for combined shipping; prescription and account checks still apply.
